Please note: If you want to use this warranty, be sure to let us know that you want review the store before we hand it over to you and send you all the necessary material for it.
You can inform us via email, live chat or our contact form.

If you do not inform us that you want to review the store first and we send it to you, give you the admin access and send you all the marketing material, your warranty will no longer be valid.

After we send you the store for review, you can send us your response within 24 hours, whether you want to keep the store, request a revision, or request a refund.

The warranty is not valid if any of the following points are not met:
- You have not informed us that you want to review the store or we have provided you with the admin access and marketing material.
- The warranty request was sent after 24 hours of sending the store for inspection.
- You have administrator access to the store.
- You have been sent marketing material, graphics, or social media content.

Other cases wherein you are eligible to request a refund

- In the event that a customer is unable to receive his service a refund will be processed and a payment processing fee of $34.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note: We try to deliver your orders as soon as possible.
All stores and assets will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.
We will be sending you a list of niches and products to choose from.
- The time spent waiting for your reply does not count towards the time we work on your project because we cannot influence it.
